ApplyGrid uses secure connections to help protect information while it moves between your browser and the application.
Connected accounts require explicit authorization, and you can disconnect integrations without deleting your saved job-search data.
Access to sensitive features is limited to what is needed to operate the product, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

Does ApplyGrid sell my information?
No. ApplyGrid is built to help you manage your search, not sell your personal information.
Does ApplyGrid own my resume?
No. Your resume stays yours. The Master Resume is your source document, and optimized versions remain under your control.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Account deletion removes your profile, resumes, optimized versions, opportunities, applications, pipeline records, integrations, and stored personal content.
Why does ApplyGrid ask to connect my email?
Email access helps identify job-search-related messages so your Pipeline can stay organized.
Does ApplyGrid read all of my email?
ApplyGrid is designed to look for job-search-related signals. Email access is always your choice, and you can disconnect it later.
Does ApplyGrid make decisions for me?
No. ApplyGrid explains recommendations; you review, edit, accept, or reject them.
Will ApplyGrid change my resume?
Only after you choose to optimize. ApplyGrid creates a separate optimized version and never overwrites your Master Resume.
Can I disconnect my email later?
Yes. You can disconnect Gmail from settings without deleting your account data.
